This site is not an independent operator that happens to resemble the others. Istanbul Airport Meet & Greet is one of five brands run by a single licensed travel company in Istanbul. We set that out here because you are entitled to know who you are buying from before you book.
The company behind this website
All five websites are operated by Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., a travel company registered in Istanbul. It holds TÜRSAB travel agency licence A-11345 and a D2 passenger transport certificate issued by the Ministry of Transport.
Registered office: Kaptanpaşa Mah. Reis Sk. No:33/5, Piyalepaşa, Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Türkiye.
That is the same company named in our Distance Sales Agreement and our data protection notice — the party you deal with whichever of our sites you booked through.
Why five sites instead of one
Because the jobs are genuinely different, and so are the people looking for them. A family that needs help clearing passport control with a tired toddler is not searching for the same thing as a company booking a car and driver for a week of meetings, and neither of them is looking for a licensed guide to walk them through Topkapı. One website trying to answer all three ends up answering none of them properly.
What the brands share is the licence, the office and the standard behind them. What they do not share is the service — each one is built around a single job.
Which brand does what
If you have landed on the wrong one, say so when you contact us. Any of our desks will point you to the right brand rather than sell you the wrong service.
- Limousine Plus — the original business, operating since 2008. Fixed-price airport transfers and limousine hire, and the company’s main fleet operation.
- Istanbul Airport Meet and Greet — this site, operating since 2015. Assistance inside the terminal: a greeter at the aircraft door or the arrivals hall, fast track through passport control, lounge access, buggy and onward transfer, across six airports in Türkiye.
- Istanbul Meet and Greet Services — the same airport assistance sold as packages that bundle lounge access and transfer together, at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW).
- Istanbul VIP Chauffeur — a car and a driver assigned to you: by the transfer, by the hour, or for a whole stay. Operating since 2012.
- Istanbul English Guide — private tours of the city with licensed English-speaking guides. Guiding is a separate profession from driving, and it is staffed separately.
Questions people actually ask
Am I dealing with five different companies?
No. One company — Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., holding TÜRSAB licence A-11345. The five brands are five services, not five businesses.
Why do the sites show the same phone number and address?
Because there is one office and one reservations line behind them. We could have hidden that behind separate numbers. Publishing this page seemed more useful than pretending.
I booked with one of your other brands before. Does that carry over?
It was the same company, the same licence and the same office, even though the website looked different. Mention it when you get in touch and we will already have the context.
